An Update and a message to my friends

Hello to my friends, family and readers of my blog. It's been a while since my last post and I thought I should let everyone know why I've been away. Thank you to everyone who has been worrying about me, I'm so sorry for "dropping out" and not contacting anyone but it was something I really had to do.

I guess that the easiest way to explain things is to say I'm on a short holiday. A lot has happened in my life lately and I just need to step back from my everyday life for a while and do something different. While doing that, I'm so pleased to say that I have found a new "sense of self".

I have found a place where I can do a lot of good and help other people in a way I could never do in the scrapbooking world. Don't worry, I have no intention of leaving the scrapbooking community nor leaving all my wonderful friends. I'll be back shortly, maybe in a week or a few weeks (no longer than that.) I hope that when I start scrapbooking again I can bring a fresh perspective to my layouts. I was stuck in a rut for so long but I think that what I am doing at the moment will help me and make me better in all aspects of my life.


Over the years so many of you have helped me in many, many different ways. I've never been able to repay all the kindness that has been heaped upon me and that has always weighed heavily on me. My close friends will know what I mean by this. Now I have found a way of helping and giving to others in need (and I don't need money to be able to do this.) Oh! what a wonderful feeling this is. It is just what I needed :)

Thankfully, I will be able to continue what I'm now doing as well as get back to my normal life however at this moment I'm still a little consumed with it all so I will stay on my "holiday" for a little while longer.

Thanks for putting up with me guys LOL I haven't been reading my emails nor have I gone to my usual online hangouts. I opened up my email box a little while ago and had a quick scan and I was amazed to find so many people were worried about me. That made me feel a bit guilty but it also made me feel so loved to see how many of you were concerned about me *big smile* Thank you!

I'll be back soon and hopefully will come back with a new outlook on everything.

Jade is going really well *Huge Smile* and even though Brian's CFS is pretty bad right now, he too is coping well and they have both told me that they have noticed a big change in me. So, on the family front everything is good!
