I want to wish all my Aussie friends a very happy Australia Day. Enjoy your celebrations and drive carefully :) It's so lovely to see the way Australian's embrace Australia Day now. I remember years ago, it mainly revolved around the big fireworks displays that each State put on. It was also, in many cases, a day off school or work. Now it is a time for real celebration. Families and friends get together for BBQ's, picnics etc. It's a day of fun, culminating in the awesome fireworks displays. The Aussie flag is proudly displayed on cars etc. Yes, we have come a long way...
